Visa IntelliLink Compliance Management

As an Agency Program Coordinator (APC) or Component Program Manager (CPM) within the DoD Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program you are responsible for identifying and managing misuse and abuse by cardholders under your purview. This web-based class explains how the Visa IntelliLink Compliance Management tool can be utilized to help identify potential misuse or abuse within your program and is mandated for use at certain hierarchy levels. In addition to identifying potential misuse and abuse, IntelliLink must be used to flag questionable transactions, create cases for potential misuse and disposition those cases as Valid, Misuse, Abuse, or Fraud. All cases of misuse or abuse found at any hierarchy level must be input into IntelliLink for disposition unless they involve classified information or law enforcement sensitive information. The number of cases that involve these must be reported through your chain of command to DTMO on a quarterly basis.
