Station Allowance Changes

Station Allowance changes are posted and effective on the 1st and 16th of each month. This bi-weekly update includes changes to Cost-of-Living Allowances outside of the continental United States (OCONUS COLA) and Overseas Housing Allowances (OHA).

The opening paragraph of each document contains the effective date and affected countries, followed by the following sections:

Section A - OCONUS COLA
Section B - OHA
Section C - Pay System Exchange Rate Changes
Section D - Allowance Data Reviews Resulting in No Change to the Allowances
