Travel Program & System Feedback

Your feedback is a valuable tool that helps us improve your travel experience. We encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas with us through one of the channels below.

Travel Program Surveys

Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey

Each month, we send our Customer Satisfaction Survey to a random sampling of recent travelers who have used two or more travel programs or services in the last 30 days.

It’s easy to complete, anonymous, and your input helps us identify shortfalls when traveler expectations have not been met or the required services are not delivered. When we identify trends, the data informs our decision-making to improve travel programs and services.

Travel Assistance Center (TAC) Feedback

Users who open a ticket with the TAC are asked about their experience when the ticket is closed. Surveys are emailed on a rolling basis to 25% of users and ask for feedback on wait times, analyst courtesy, solutions, and more. Responses are used for process improvement.

Lodging Customer Service Questionnaire

Travelers who have recently stayed at an Integrated Lodging Site or DoD Preferred Commercial Property can provide feedback on their experience through the Lodging Customer Service Questionnaire.

Rental Car Customer Service Questionnaire

U.S. Government Rental Car Program customers are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience through our Customer Service Questionnaire.

Travel System Improvements

DoD Services and Agencies are encouraged to advocate ideas for improving current systems, policies, and procedures to DTMO.

While any Service or Agency employee may suggest a change, only their Service or Agency's designated representative may sponsor the suggestion to move it forward in the process. The sponsor must complete the DTS Change Request Form and submitted to DTMO for consideration.

The DTS Change Management Guide [PDF, 14 pages] provides more detail on DoD's process for identifying and administering changes to DTS, including an overview of who may sponsor a change request, as well as other key entities, their responsibilities, and the scope of the process.
