Extended Downtime

The following applications are expected to be unavailable from Friday, March 17, 2023 at 5:00PM ET until Monday, April 10, 2023, 11:59 PM ET at the latest:

  • Carrier Movement Reporting Tool (CMR) – DoD Bus, van and limousine carriers may submit reports retroactively once the system is available
  • Compliance Tool – Users are advised to continue to export voucher errors to work from a backlog of outstanding voucher until system is restored. If you need assistance please contact your HHQ or if needed contact the DTMO Compliance Tool Program Manager at dodhra.mc-alex.dhra-hq.mbx.dod-travel-policy-compliance-program@mail.mil
  • Premium Class Travel Reporting Tool (PCTRT) – Users are advised to download data to be worked off-line.  To download data from the PCTRT before March 17th, go to the Records Listing page and select the drop-down Actions menu.  Choose Actions > Download > Excel and click the Download button. During downtime, work with downloaded data offline until system is restored.
  • Rental Vehicle Assistance Tool (RVAT): Customer Application – Users may submit new reports by visiting www.defensetravel.dod.mil/Community/se/251137450406FABF
  • Traditional Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Reconciliation Tool – Users should plan to complete as much activity as possible prior to March 17. Affected organizations should consider placing impacted accounts in an exception status with Citibank.  This allows the account to remain open for use and defers suspension in instances when the owning organization is unable to make timely payments. Late payment charges still apply when the accounts are ultimately paid.
