This item also authorizes storage of the POV and reimbursement of rental vehicle expenses for personnel with 12 months or less remaining on their tour. Currently, shipping contractors servicing Guam will no longer transport electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, and new shipments of these vehicles are now prohibited.
