| UTD/CTD for MAP/CAP 07-26(R), Emergency Replacement Privately Owned Vehicle Shipment | This item authorizes the shipment of a replacement personally owned vehicle (POV) for Service members and civilian employees whose electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid vehicle must be removed from Guam due to an emergency or circumstances beyond their control. This item also authorizes storage of the POV and reimbursement of rental vehicle expenses for personnel with 12 months or less remaining on their tour. Currently, shipping contractors servicing Guam will no longer transport electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, and new shipments of these vehicles are now prohibited.
