Military and civilian personnel are authorized to serve a 24 month accompanied tour in Poznan with adult dependents 18 years and older. Military personnel are authorized to serve a 12 month unaccompanied tour and civilian personnel are authorized to serve a 24 month unaccompanied tour. Powidz and Zagan lack the infrastructure to support accompanied tours, so military personnel are authorized to serve a 12 month unaccompanied tour and civilian personnel are authorized to serve a 24 month unaccompanied tour.8/19/2024
UTD for MAP 105-24(I), Update Tour Lengths and Tours of Duty OCONUSThis item updates the Joint Travel Regulations Supplement, Tour Lengths and Tours of Duty Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) for Central African Republic and adds a note to Shariki, Japan. The Department of the Army memorandums dated February 11, 2022, and November 5, 2008, pursuant to authority in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 1315.18 “Procedures for Military Personnel Assignments,” authorizes Army personnel assigned to Central African Republic (CAR) and Shariki, Japan to serve a 12-month dependent restricted tour. Additionally, this item restructures the Tour Lengths and Tours of Duty OCONUS to bring it into compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. §794d).
