Rental Company Points of Contact

Federal travelers should contact their rental car point of contact to resolve customer service matters before requesting assistance through the Rental Vehicle Assistance Tool.

To ensure you receive program benefits, book through the Defense Travel System, ETS2, ConcurGov, or your Travel Management Company. If reservations must be made directly with the rental car company or rental car company website, request the US Government Rental Car Program rate or provide the applicable government corporate discount number. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure the government department/agency is listed on the rental car agreement.
