Sign up as a beta tester for ongoing improvements and changes to DTMO websites and applications. You can also report an issue with travel.dod.mil, such as a broken link or request help locating a page or file.

Travel Program Feedback

If you have recently traveled and used two or more of: Commercial Airlines, Rental Vehicles, Travel Management Companies, or your Government Travel Charge Card, you may receive the Defense Travel Enterprise Customer Satisfaction survey in your Inbox. The surveys are sent monthly to a random sampling of DoD travelers who haven’t received the survey within the last month. It’s easy to complete, anonymous, and your input helps us identify shortfalls when traveler expectations have not been met or the required services are not delivered. When we identify trends, the data informs our decision-making to improve travel programs and services. We want to hear from you!
