Defense Travel System
A formal change management program provides DoD with a structured plan and process for identifying and administering changes to the Defense Travel System (DTS). DoD Services and Agencies are encouraged to advocate ideas for improving current systems, policies, and procedures to DTMO through their designated representatives.
DTMO's Change Management Guide explains the program in more detail and defines responsibilities of key entities and the scope of the process.
Travel Programs and Services
Each month, we send our Customer Satisfaction Survey to a random sampling of recent travelers who have used two or more travel programs or services in the last 30 days.
It’s easy to complete, anonymous, and your input helps us identify shortfalls when traveler expectations have not been met or the required services are not delivered. When we identify trends, the data informs our decision-making to improve travel programs and services.
Lodging
Travelers who have recently stayed at an Integrated Lodging Site or DoD Preferred Commercial Property can provide feedback on their experience through the Lodging Customer Service Questionnaire.
Rental Car
U.S. Government Rental Car Program customers are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience through our Customer Service Questionnaire.
